The most common misconception that people have about healthy eating is that its not really that important. As long as you are "somewhat" healthy then you do not have anything to worry about. The sad thing is people have been getting worse and worse as time goes on. Its almost like people think that eating fast food is considered to be okay now. All of that unhealthy food is eventually going to make you very sick and you end up with something wrong with you. You must start eating healthier as soon as you can. If you can't start doing this soon you will have to face some consequences.
1.High Cholesterol
This is a very big possibility if you continue down the path that you are going down. You should probably stop eating about half of what you have been eating. I would actually recommend just changing everything about your diet. You will soon develop high cholesterol which can eventually lead to heart disease and heart attacks. Keeping your heart healthy might not be important when you are young but the older you get the more you are at risk for this to happen to you. Everybody who gets this thinks that it will never happen to them. Trust me it is only a matter of time at this point.
2.Over Weight
Obviously this is a very common and well known problem. In fact american is almost 30% overweight by now. That is absolutely ridiculous. I feel like I do not even need to mention the cons of being over weight, You probably already know but I will tell you any way. You could be at risk for developing diabetes, heart disease, heart attack and more. You could lose limbs due to being overweight as well. Be careful and you should really start eating healthy.
3. Diabetes
You already know what this is but for some of you who do not already know let me tell you. This is when your body gets so unhealthy that it stops producing insulin in your body and you are forced to inject yourself with insulin every day. I promise you that this is not a very fun thing to do. If you hate needles this might be even worse for you.
Now that you know some of the risks of not eating healthy you should really get started in the process of losing weight and eating healthy.
